A Day in the Life

February 26, 2020

This late February blog post comes from YAGM Charlie (or Aida Ndiaye as she's known in Senegal).  Charlie is living this year in Foundiougne, a river town and transport hub in central Senegal, where she serves with the Department of Community Development of the Lutheran Church of Senegal.

Instead of a written blog, Charlie has created a video to share, which gives you the opportunity to accompany her on "A Day in the Life" of a Young Adult in Global Mission serving in Senegal.  In the video, you'll get to meet Charlie's coworkers, see where she lives and works, learn how to eat the national dish of Senegal around the bowl, and two of Charlie's coworkers even share a special greeting with all of you after their english class!

You can hear more from Charlie at her blog:  Charlie in Senegal.
